Cheeseburgers

1 lb Ground Beef

4 Hamburger Buns

4 slices Cheese of your choice

Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper

Toppings and condiments of your choice: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayo, ketchup, etc.

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat.

  2. Divide ground beef into four and roll loosely into balls.

  3. Flatten and shape each section into hamburger patties a little larger than the size of the buns. You can press in the center to keep the patties from puffing up in the center.

  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  5. Place all 4 patties in the pan and cook to desired doneness, flipping once.

  6. Top each burger with cheese and allow to melt. You can cover with a lid to melt the cheese faster.

  7.  Place each burger on a bun and top with toppings and condiments of your choice.
