Most meal planning sites provide a list of meals with or without recipes, or provide recipes and ingredients, but you have to purchase their meals at their cost.
But Meals Solved provides a weekly dinner meal plan with recipes, and the ability to immediately add the groceries for the week to your online grocery cart. You can then use the Meal Plans to plan ahead for the week and do any prep the day you do grocery shopping. Each Meal Plan includes tips for working ahead to help get dinner on the table faster during the week and links to recipes for making meals.
It is fast and simple because we want to save you time. And because you are cooking meals at home, you are also saving money. The meals can be adjusted to feed more or fewer people, or to swap or remove ingredients based on your dietary needs or preferences.

Each meal plan includes links to online grocery carts for several stores.
The ingredients for each meal are divided into two columns: the first column lists ingredients to put in your cart, the second column lists ingredients that we consider pantry staples and we assume you already have. If you already have one of the cart items, you can simply delete it from your cart. If you don’t have one of the staple ingredients, simply add it to your cart.
You can do your own grocery shopping, but our favorite time saver is to have the store do the shopping and pick it up or have it delivered. Since the necessary ingredients are automatically added to your cart, you just need to add the rest of your groceries for the week.

Share-A-Cart allows you to share the contents of your online cart with anyone.
Some stores allow you to share your cart directly from their website, but some may require this add-on.
To get Share-A-Cart, go to share-a-cart.com and click the button “Get Share-A-Cart for [your browser]”.
