Bacon Ranch Dip

1 - 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature

1 packet ranch seasoning

1 - 3oz package real bacon bits or pieces

8oz shredded cheddar cheese

3 green onions, sliced

1/2 - 1 cup milk

  1. Combine all ingredients (starting with 1/2 cup milk) using a spoon, rubber spatula or hand mixer.

  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors develop and allow dip to thicken. You may need to add more milk after refrigerating to adjust consistency, as needed.

Serve with crackers. Ritz Toasted Chips are especially good!
