Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Ingredients:

2 Pizza Doughs, store-bought

2-4 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt, to taste

3 cups Chicken, cooked and diced or shredded

4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

1 Bell Pepper, sliced into rings

4-5 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped

1 Red Onion, thinly sliced

Jalapeno Slices, to taste

1-2 Tomatoes, diced

Ranch Dressing, store-bought or homemade

Instructions (Makes 2 pizzas):

Preheat oven to 375°.

Spread pizza dough into 2 sheet pans. Poke each dough with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming. Spread 1-2 tbsp of olive oil over each crust and sprinkle with salt. Par-bake crusts for about 7 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread 1 1/2 cups chicken, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, half the green bell pepper, 2-3 slices bacon, half the red onion, and the desired amount of jalapeno slices to each pizza. Bake another 7-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes and drizzle with ranch dressing.

My store didn’t have any pizza dough when I was there, so I improvised and grabbed a pre-made crust. I just eliminated the par-bake and baked it once after the pizza was topped.

I only made one pizza, so I cut all of the ingredients in half. This is one chicken breast that I cooked in the air fryer. I also made my own ranch from a ranch seasoning packet because I think it’s miles better than the bottled stuff.

Olive oil drizzled over the crust and sprinkled with salt. This and the ranch drizzle take place of any sauce.

Chicken, then cheese, then the other toppings.

Ready for the oven!

Out of the oven and on go tomatoes.

Drizzle with ranch.

I wasn’t shy with the ranch, you shouldn’t be either. My ranch-averse husband even loved it.

Slice and eat!
