Orange-Soy Chicken

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Orange Juice

2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp Parsley, minced

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Oregano

1/2 tsp Pepper

1-2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 Tbsp Ketchup

4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in ziploc bag or large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. Sauté or grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

You can cook the leftover marinade to use as a sauce. Boil for five minutes until slightly thickened. Discard and do not use raw marinade if you do not boil it.
